摘要
农吉利的化学成分主要有生物碱类和黄酮类,且抗肿瘤作用明显。本文就化学成分、药理活性、主要成分农吉利甲素(Monocrotaline,MCT)的作用机制及衍生物、药材的质量控制进行了综述。
The main chemical ingredients of Crotalaria sessiliflora L.are alkaloids and flavonoids,and anti-tumor activity of Crotalaria sessiliflora L.is obvious.In this paper,the chemical composition,pharmacological activity,mechanism of action and derivatives of monocrotaline（MCT） and the quality control of medicinal material are reviewed.
