摘要
对过去的黄金发展期、现在的转型发展期和未来的理性发展期三个时期进行了界定。从供求关系、煤炭价格、产品质量、发展模式、产业形态、生产状态、管理行为、经济效果、思维表现、行为取向等方面,对煤炭企业三个发展时期的管理形态进行分析。
The authors defined three stages of Chinese coal mine- the past golden develop- ment stage, the present transform development stage and the future rational development stage; and also analyzed management form of the three development stages of coal mine enterprises from various aspects, supply-demand relationship, price of coal mine, quality of products, develop- ment patterns, industrial form, production status, management behaviors, economic effects, expression of notions, behavioral approaches and so on.
