摘要
鉴于首山一矿瓦斯抽采造成岩巷工程量增加、制约采掘接替的问题,对现有综合机械化掘进成巷工序进行改造,优化了破岩、排矸和支护三道主要工序,并在现场对其主要工序工时进行多周期实测,采用额定工时制定法得出各工序标准工时,对掘进循环作业图表进行优化,提高了正规循环率,加快了掘进速度。
Aimed at the increase of rock drift engineering quantities and restricted replace- ment of digging caused by gas extraction, the author reformed the fully mechanized drivage process, optimized three major processes of rock breaking, gangue exhaust and support. Multi- cycle actual measurements for the master operation and labor time were conducted on the site, and the standard labor times of each process were obtained according to the rated time statute law, then the cycle operation chart of tunneling was optimized, which improved the standard cir- culation rate and quickened the driving speed.
