支架初撑力对综采软厚煤层煤壁稳定性影响数值计算研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对卧龙湖煤矿地质特征,利用UDEC软件研究了该矿工作面不同支架初撑力时煤壁片帮程度,研究发现煤壁以其下部为定点倾向采空区移动,随着支架初撑力不断增大,超前应力峰值位置逐渐向煤壁靠近,且塑性区深度也不断减小,认为工作面支架初撑力为20 MPa为合理值。随着支护阻力增大,煤帮垂直应力也呈增大趋势,而煤壁超前支承压力峰值及位置受护帮板支护阻力影响较小。该研究结果已应用于卧龙湖矿8102综采工作面,取得了良好的技术经济效果。 Aimed at the geologic feature of Wolonghu Coal Mine, the author researched the degree of coal wall spalling under different setting load using UDEC software. The research showed that the coal wall leaned towards the goaf by taking its bottom as a fixed point, and along with the increasing setting load, the position of advance peak stress moved towards coal wall little by little, and the depth of plastic zone decreased gradually. The author thought that the reasona- ble value of support setting load was 20 MPa. Along with the increasing supporting resistance, the vertical stress in coal side increased, and the advance support pressure peak and its position were small affected by supporting resistance of face guard. The research achievements had been applied to No. 8102 fully-mechanized face in Wolonghu Coal Mine, which achieved favorable technical-economic effects.
