大直径高位钻孔治理综放工作面初采期瓦斯涌出 被引量:8

摘要 针对阳煤一矿北丈八井采用伪倾斜后高抽巷治理综放工作面初采期瓦斯涌出不均衡,由此造成的施工工期长、工程量大、成本高、采掘接替紧张的问题,在81102综放工作面进行了大直径高位钻孔代替伪倾斜后高抽巷的试验,研究了两者的抽采技术机理和抽采效果。结果表明:大直径高位钻孔能成功解决工作面初采期的瓦斯不均衡涌出和频繁超限问题,工作面初采期间,回风流瓦斯涌出相对平稳,未出现瓦斯涌出峰值;瓦斯抽采量稳定上升,最终达到26.97m3/min。认为用大直径高位钻孔代替伪倾斜后高抽巷是可行的。 Aimed at the instability of gas emission at fully mechanized working face during gas drainage in the false-inclined rear-high drainage roadway of Beizhangba shaft in No. 1 Mine of Yangquan Coal Industry Group, resulting long construction period, great engineering quantity, high cost and difficulties in the excavation schedule, the test of gas drainage by large-diameter high-level boreholes instead of false-inclined rear-high drainage roadway was carried out at 81102 working face and their drainage principles and effects were studied. The results showed that large-diameter high-level boreholes could solve the instability of gas emission and frequent gas o- verrun. During the initial drainage, the gas emission in return-air current was steady, without e- mission peak. Moreover, the gas-drainage rate was steadily increased up to 26.97 m^3/min. So the gas drainage by large-diameter high-level boreholes is feasible.
