摘要
目的探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及脂代谢指标在妊娠高血压疾病(HDCP)中的应用价值。方法选择妊娠高血压患者90例,其中子痫前期轻度16例,子痫前期重度19例,子痫8例。并随机选取同期健康晚期孕妇36例作妊晚组,健康非孕妇40例作对照组。检测各组Hcy、hs-CRP及脂代谢进行分析。结果HDCP组Hcy、hs-CRP、TG、TC、LDL-C及ApoB水平均高于妊晚组(P<0.05)和对照组(P<0.05),HDL-C与ApoA1水平低于对照组(P<0.05)和妊晚组(P<0.05);妊晚组hs-CRP、TG、TC、LDL-C及ApoB水平高于对照组。HDCP患者按照病情严重程度分组后,子痫组Hcy、hs-CRP水平高于子痫前期轻度组(P<0.05)和子痫前期重度组(P<0.05),子痫前期重度组Hcy、hs-CRP水平高于子痫前期轻度组(P<0.05)。三组HDCP患者的脂代谢指标之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但随着病情程度的加重,TG、TC、LDL-C及ApoB水平呈现增高的趋势,HDL-C和ApoA1有降低的趋势。结论 Hcy、hs-CRP及脂代谢与HDCP的发生发展具有密切关系,三者联合检测对于判断HDCP的发病及病情进展,改善妊娠结局具有重要指导意义。
Objective To analyze the application of relationship of homocysteine,high sensitive C-reactive protein, lipid metabolism in the patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP).Methods 90 patients with HDCP were chosen.There were 16 patients with mild pre-eclampsia,19 patients with serious pre-eclampsia and 8 pa-tients with eclampsia among them.For comparison,36 health late pregnance women and 40 non-pregnance women were chosen randomly in the same period.Results The levels of Hcy、hs-CRP、TG、TC、LDL-C and ApoB with HDCP were higher than those of health late pregnance women and non-pregnance women(P 〈 0.05).The levels of HDL-C 与ApoA1 with HDCP were lower than groups of health late pregnance women and non-pregnance women(P 〈0.05).The levels of Hcy、hs-CRP in the group of eclampsia were higher than the mild pre-eclampsia group(P 〈0.05)and the seri-ous pre-eclampsia group(P 〈0.05),the serious pre-eclampsia group were higher than the mild pre-eclampsia group(P〈0.05).Lipid metabolism indicators had no significant difference among three groups.But the levels of TG、TC、LDL-C and ApoB had a rising trend,HDL-C and ApoA1 had a lower trend.Conclusion The indexes of Hcy,hs-CRP and lipid metabolism has a close relationship with HDCP,the combination detection had important guiding significance for determining the disease progression of HDCP and improving the pregnancy outcome.
