血清脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白测定在慢性肾脏病的临床应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,伴有脂质代谢紊乱的糖尿病和代谢综合征的发病率正在逐年上升,由其导致的慢性肾脏病(CKD)的发病率和病死率也在逐年增加,从早期脂代谢紊乱角度寻找CKD发生发展的诊断指标成为目前的研究热点之一。脂肪细胞胞液中含有较多的脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白(A-FABP),它在脂肪酸的摄取、代谢和转运过程中起着非常重要的作用,从基因水平调控脂肪细胞的分化,与体内糖及脂肪代谢密切相关[1]。
