大肠癌患者血清中Periostin蛋白含量的研究 被引量：4

摘要 大肠癌是我国肿瘤发病率上升最快的肿瘤之一,一旦复发和转移是导致结肠癌患者预后不良和死亡的主要原因,是影响术后生存至关重要的因素[1]。大肠癌的发病机制相当复杂,同时也是在这一领域探索的学者们一直研究的课题。在环境因素中物理、化学、生物学因素和机体因素中遗传、内分泌、免疫因素发病机制的探讨下,学者们在不断地做进一步的研究[2,3]。从流行病学分析,
