摘要 术后恶心、呕吐（postoperative nausea and vomiting,PONV）是术后患者的普遍和主要的并发症,文献资料显示,在一些手术中PONV的发生率在25%-30%,控制PONV的发生率仍然是个难题[1,2]。纵使PONV不是危及生命的术后并发症,但是它是伤口裂开、电解质紊乱、躁动等并发症的危险因素[3,4]。一些预防性药物,例如抗组胺药、
