表皮生长因子受体基因突变在非小细胞癌肺中检测研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 肺癌是世界最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,全世界每年新发肺癌患者约120万例,死亡约140万例,死亡率在各种恶性肿瘤中居首位[1]。目前我国每年新增确诊肺癌患者在60万人以上,并且以超过5%的年增长率递增[2]。其中非小细胞肺癌（non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC）约占全体肺癌患者总数的75%以上,而且发现时超过60%为Ⅳ期患者,虽然近年来放疗、化疗、生物治疗、
