食品中胺鲜酯的气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 为检测食品中胺鲜酯残留量,以大米、白菜、玉米为研究对象,建立了食品中胺鲜酯的气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定方法。样品经丙酮微波萃取,固相萃取柱净化,氮吹浓缩,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定,外标法定量。结果表明:胺鲜酯在20-4000 ng/L范围内具有良好的线性关系(R=0.9999),方法检出限6μg/kg,定量限20μg/kg。在40-4000μg/kg的添加水平,胺鲜酯的回收率在95%-107%之间,方法精密度试验的相对标准偏差在5%以内。该方法适用于食品中胺鲜酯的定性和定量测定。 For the detection of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate( DA-6) in food,the method of determing DA-6 in food by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry( GC-MS) with cabbage,corn and rice as the object of the research was set up. The sample was extracted by microwave and purified by SPE,which was concentrated by nitrogen blow. It was measured by GC-MS using external standard method. In a range of 20 - 4000 ng / L,it had a good liner relationship( r = 0. 9999). The detection limit of the method was 6μg / kg and the limit of quantitation was 20 μg / kg. Under a range of 40 - 4000 μg / kg,the recovery late was in the range from 95% to 107%. The relative standard deviation( RSD) of the precision experiment was within5%. The results showed that the method was suitable for qualitative and quantitative determination of DA-6 in food.
