P2X7受体在人固有免疫中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 P2受体是嘌呤受体的一种。P2受体包括P2X和P2Y,P2X受体是一类离子型配体门控通道有7个不同的亚型(P2X1-7)[1],P2Y受体是一类与G蛋白偶联的代谢型受体,发现有8个亚型(P2Y1、P2Y2、P2Y4、P2Y6、P2Y11-14)。近年来,随着科研工作者对P2X7受体的研究深入,P2X7受体的功能得到了更全面的认识。
