摘要 中国联通成为全业务运营商后,本地传送网系统已朝着IP化方向前进了一大步,基本具备了全业务承载能力。传送网和各业务网络建设的基础是底层的光缆网,因此进行合理、完善的光缆网规划和建设,将是保障各业务网开通时效、安全运营的关键因素。基于本地传送网基础网络架构,探讨光缆网规划和建设的思路和方法,通过设置一级、二级光缆网结构、合理布局光交和分配纤芯等方案,使其覆盖与容量和业务需求相匹配,并有效降低建设成本。 After China Unicom developed into a full-service operator, local transport network systems advances a major step forward IP technology, has a full service capability. The base of transport network and the service network construction is the optical cable network in the bottom. The reasonable and perfect planning and construction of cable network will be the key factors for ensuring each business network launch in time and operating safely. It discusses the consideration and methods on optical cable network planning and construction, analyzes class one and class two cable network architecture, cable transfer box settings and fiber distribution, to match the coverage and capacity, business needs, to effectively reduce the construction cost.
