摘要
本研究基于生命周期评价体系,利用Ga Bi软件和CML2001评价方法,系统评估了污水再生膜-复合处理工艺(膜过滤、反渗透和电去离子)在其生命周期内的环境影响,并在指标体系中引入水资源的消耗,进一步阐明污水再生膜-复合处理工艺各主要环节的环境影响和水资源消耗。结果表明污水再生膜-复合处理工艺过程中药剂的消耗、污染物排放和能源的消耗是产生环境影响的主要原因。通过对水资源消耗指标的分析发现,膜-复合处理工艺出水对部分工业用水的替代,会在一定程度上补偿污水再生处理产生的负面环境影响,除了能大量节约水资源外,还能呈现环境正效应,因此污水再生膜-复合处理工艺出水用于工业用途符合资源和环境可持续发展的基本思想。
Based on life cycle assessment system,this study evaluated the environmental impact in the life cycle of membrane complex treatment process( i. e. membrane filtration,reverse osmosis and electrodeionization) in wastewater reuse by the Ga Bi software and the CML2001 assessment method. After introducing water consumption into the index system,the environmental impact and consumption of water were further illustrated for the each key step of membrane complex treatment process in wastewater reuse. The results showed that the consumption of chemical reagents,pollutants discharge and energy consumption were the main reasons for the environmental impacts during this treatment process. Through the analysis of water consumption indices,it could be found that the replacement of some industrial water by the effluent of membrane complex treatment process could compensate the negative environmental impact brought by sewage treatment to some extent. It could not only save a large number of water,but also presented a positive environment effect. Therefore,the effluent of membrane complex treatment process in wastewater reuse used for industrial purposes could be in accordance with the basic ideas for the sustainable development of resources and the environment
