基于EKC曲线假说的经济增长与环境污染关系探析——以河北省为例

Analysis of the Relation between Economic Growth and Environmental Pollution Based on the Hypothesis of EKC Curve—A Case Study of Hebei Province

环境库兹涅兹曲线是描述环境污染问题与经济发展之间关系的常用经济模型,本文结合环境EKC曲线分析了河北省1991年~2010年的环境污染与经济增长之间的关系。通过河北省工业三废的排放量与人均GDP之间的关系的回归研究,建立了环境污染指标与人均GDP的新型两次曲线模型。同时从环境保护效果、经济增长模式与环保投入层面评析了河北省宏观环境经济政策,并给出了结论与政策建议：提升环保措施的力度、促进经济效益的转变、优化产业结构,加大科技投入、优化相关投资环境,注重绿色引资,从而促进环境质量的提高。

Environmental Cruz Nez curve is a commonly used economic model to describe the relationship between environmental pollution and economic growth. This study analysed the relation between economic growth and environmental pollution in Hebei Province during 1991 ~ 2010 based on the environmental EKC curve. Through regression study of the relationship between Hebei Province industrial waste emissions and per capita GDP,a new quadratic curve model was established about environmental pollution indicators and GDP per capita. At the same time,from the aspects of environmental protection effect,economic growth pattern and environmental protection investment,the macro environmental economic policy was evaluated in Hebei Province,and the suggestions were proposed. Those were improving environmental protection measures, promoting the transformation of economic benefit,optimizing the industrial structure,increasing investment in science and technology,optimizing the related investment environment,and paying attention to green investment,so as to improve the environmental quality.
