高压输电线路电磁辐射无线电干扰值的检测与评价

Detection and Evaluation of Electromagnetic Radiation Radio Interference Value of High Voltage Transmission Line

根据实践经验,针对电力项目电磁辐射环境影响评价及验收工作,分析高压架空线路无线电干扰值检测中存在的问题。结合相关评价标准,建立频率-限值修正表、距离-限值修正表,并将无线电干扰的限值与实际测量值之间进行对比分析。发现大量检测数据超过标准限值要求。通过分析超标数据的特点和规律,指出高压输电线路无线电干扰检测与评价的存在的问题,并提出解决对策建议。

According to practical experience,based on the electromagnetic radiation environmental impact assessment and acceptance of electric power project,this paper analyzed the problems of detecting radio interference value of high voltage overhead line. Combining with relevant evaluation standard,the tables of frequency-limit correction and range-limit correction were established,and the radio interference limits were compared with the actual measured values. Results showed that a large amount of measured data exceeded the standard limit requirements. Through analyzing the characteristics and rules of the data which exceed the standard,the problems were pointed out about the detection and evaluation of high voltage transmission line radio interference,and the countermeasure suggestions were proposed to solve the problems.
