摘要
以我国大中型水电开发工程物资供应链运行管理为背景,分析了工程物资供应链中铁路中转储备系统的一般运行流程和运行特点,以最小化货车压站时间为目标来考虑系统整体运行优化,将系统运行优化问题分解为货车分组和货车分组内货车排序两个子问题,分别建立优化模型,提出中转储备系统整体运行优化问题的三阶段启发式求解方法.以雅砻江流域水电开发工程的某铁路中转储备系统为例进行计算实验,结果表明三阶段启发式优化方法得到的运行计划明显优于系统实际运行结果,验证了模型及方法的有效性.
In this paper, the general operation process and the characteristics of the railway transit reserve system in construction supply chains of large-scale or medium-scale hydropower development projects in China is discussed. Operations optimization of the railway transit reserve system aims at minimizing detention time of wagons. The problem is divided into two parts, wagon grouping and wagon positioning, where the optimization models are formulated respectively. A three-stage heuristics is proposed to solve the problem. The numerical results of the approach from a real case in a railway transit reserve system of Yalong River cascade hydropower developmentprojects are found to be better than those in practice, which verifies the effectiveness of the models and the approach.
