本科实习护生自我和谐状态对医院人际关系的影响研究

Research on the influence of practice undergraduate nursing students self consistency of interpersonal relationship in the hospitals

目的:调查本科实习护生在医院的人际关系现状,并探讨其自我和谐状态对医院人际关系的影响。方法:采用自我和谐量表(SCCS)和人际关系综合诊断量表对长春市两所本科院校实习护生进行调查,共回收有效问卷128份,采用多元回归分析法来分析实习护生自我和谐状态对医院人际关系的影响。结果:本科实习护生的医院人际关系状况均处于中等偏上水平;自我与经验的不和谐对医院人际关系困扰有显著正向预测作用。结论:实习护生的自我和谐状态影响着实习护生的医院人际关系。因此,在本科护生的教育中,应培养其正确的自我概念并加强其灵活性,以减少实习后的医院人际关系困扰。

Objective To investigate relationship status of undergraduate nursing students practice in the hospital and to explore self con-sistency of practicing nursing students＆#39; interpersonal influence. Method Using self consistency scale（SCCS）and interpersonal comprehensive diagnostic scale,two undergraduate courses in colleges and universities of Changchun city practical nursing students were investigated;Distri-bution of 128 effective recycled questionnaires were made. using statistical methods and multivariate regression analysis method to analyze the results of practical nursing students＆#39; self consistency influence on hospitals of interpersonal relationships. Results The interpersonal skills of undergraduate nursing internships in hospitals were still at an average level;Disharmony self and experience of hospital relationships had a sig-nificant positive prediction function. Conclusion In practical,nursing students self consistency state affects the interpersonal relationships in hospital. therefore,it would be prudent enough to develop a correct self - concept approach in educating these students and thus enhancing their flexibilities in clinical practicing skills even after the internship.
