福建省平潭综合实验区医疗卫生资源发展现状分析与对策研究

Study on Present Situation and Countermeasure of Medical and Health Resources of Pingtan Experimental Zone

在调查平潭综合实验区卫生资源的发展现状的基础上,分析了其存在医疗机构数量不足,高职称的卫生技术人才严重缺乏,财政收支不平衡,医保补偿不合理等问题。为此提出了建立和完善医疗卫生的财政保障体制,加大人才的引进力度、加强区域间的医疗合作等对策建议。

Based on the investigation of Pingtan experiment zone on the basis of current situation of health resources, it analyzed in- sufficient number of medical institutions, serious lack of high skill talents, fiscal imbalance, and unreasonable health insurance etc. It proposed to establish and improve the health of the financial system, increase the intensity of the introduction of talentand strengtheni inter-regional medical cooperation.
