某大学1564名在职教职工体检结果分析及健康管理模式探讨

Physical Examination for 1564 Staffs in University and Discussion of the Health Management Mode

目的 了解某高校在职教职工健康状况,探讨对高校教职工的健康管理模式.方法 对1 564名在职教职工进行健康体检,分析体检结果,提出健康管理建议.结果 在职教职工体检异常检出率位列前6位的是高血脂（62.3％）,超重和肥胖（33.7％）,心电图异常（24.2％）,高血压（15.4％）,脂肪肝（12.1％）,高血糖（7.6％）,各项指标检出率男职工高于女职工,且随着年龄的增长而升高,脂肪肝检出高峰出现在41 ～ 50岁,其他5项检出高峰均在51～60岁.结论 在职教职工的健康状况不容乐观,应坚持定期体检,并进行健康管理.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the health status of university teachers, and to discuss the health management mode. METH- ODS Physical examination was made to 1 564 university teachers. The results were analyzed, and the suggestions about health man- agement were proposed. RESULTS The six health problems found in university teachers are hyperlipidemia, overweight and obesity, abnormality of electrocardiogram, hypertension, fatty liver and hyperglycemia, the abnormal rate are 62.3%, 33.7%, 24.2%, 15.4%, 12.1% and 7.6%. The detection rate in male were higher than those in female, and tends to increase with age. The occurrence peaks of fatty liver appeared at age 41 - 50 years old. The occurrence peaks of hyperlipidemia, overweight and obesity, abnormality of elec- trocardiogram , hypertension and hyperglycemia appeared at aged 51 - 60 years old. CONCLUSION The health status of teachers is not optimistic, physical examinations and health management should be made periodically.
