摘要
目的探讨对冠心病患者实施健康教育的临床效果。方法随机收集我院于2013年12月—2014年12月收治的冠心病患者72例,分为研究组与对照组,每组各36例,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上加强健康教育。结果干预后,研究组的各项生活质量评分均显著低于对照;研究组的服药依从性为97.22%,显著高于对照组的83.33%,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病患者实施健康教育,有利于提高治疗依从性,提高患者的生活质量,值得推广。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effects in patients with coronary heart disease health education. METHODS A ran- domized collected in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 were treated 72 cases of coronary heart disease patients, divided into study group and control group, 36 cases in the control group received usual care, the study group to strengthen routine care on the basis of health education. RESULTS After the intervention, the study group＇ s qualities of life scores were significantly lower than the control; medication compliance study group was 97.22%, significantly higher than 83.33%, with statistical signifi- cance（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The implementation of health education for patients with coronary heart disease help to improve treat- ment compliance and improve the quality of life of patients, which was worth to promote.
