摘要
目的观察西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的疗效及安全性。方法选择2010年1月至2013年1月我院门诊40例2型糖尿病患者,以予西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗12周,比较治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、体重指数(BMI)的变化。结果治疗后FBG、2hPG、HbA1c、BMI均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西格列汀联合二甲双胍能有效地控制2型糖尿病患者血糖,是一种安全、有效的治疗方案。
Objective To assess the effects and safety of sitagliptin combined with metformin choose trom January 2010 to January 2013 in our hospital in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 40 patients with type 2 diabetes, sitagliptin combined with metformin to 12 weeks, compared to patients treated before and after the fasting blood glucose （FBG）, 2h postprandial blood glucose （2hPG）, glycated hemoglobin （HbAlc）, body mass index （BMI） change. Results After treatment, FBG, 2hPG, HbAlc, BMI decreased than before treat- ment, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Sitagliptin combined with metformin can effectively control blood sugar in type 2 diabetes, it is a safe and effective treatment options.
