电力需求侧电能质量治理的相对能效分析

Relative energy efficiency analysis of power quality management at the power demand side

电能质量治理可以降低电力需求侧遭受的电能质量经济损失,提高需求侧的能源利用效率。文中以全要素能源效率为评价指标,提出了一种电力需求侧电能质量治理的相对能效分析方法。实例分析结果表明,电能质量治理能够提高电力需求侧的能源利用效率,对比不同电能质量治理方案全要素能源效率可为电力需求侧节能减排提供决策支持。

Power quality management can reduce economic losses caused by power quality and improve the energy uti- lization efficiency at the power demand side. With the total factor energy efficiency （TFEE） as the evaluation index, this paper proposed a method to analyze the relative energy efficiency of the power quality management at the energy demand side. Instance analysis results indicated that the power quality management could improve the energy utiliza- tion efficiency at the power demand side, and that makes comparison of the TFEE in different power quality manage- ment schemes could provide decision support for the energy-saving and emission-reduction at the power demand side.
