摘要
通过测定不同采收期马齿苋水提物中多糖、黄酮的含量,及其水提物对Ce4+的还原能力以及对羟基自由基的抗氧化能力,研究不同采收期的马齿苋抗氧化物质的含量(多糖、总黄酮)和抗氧化活性的动态变化。结果表明:在试验期内,马齿苋活性成分含量是8月>7月>9月,其水提物的抗氧化性为8月>7月>9月。马齿苋多糖和总黄酮含量与抗氧化活性之间存在明显的正相关。因此,不同采收期的马齿苋的抗氧化活性的变化与其多糖和黄酮类物质含量的变化有关。8月马齿苋活性成分含量最高,其抗氧化性也最强。
Through the determination of content of polysaecharides and flavonoids in t'ortulaca oleracea L. at different harvest time and its water extract on the reduction ability of Ce^4+ ,as well as the hydroxyl radical,antioxidant capacity. The changes of antioxidant compound contents and antioxidant activities in Portulaca oleracea L. during different harvest time were studied. The results showed that the content of active component of Portulaca oleracea L. was August〉July〉 September in the test period. Antioxidant activity of the aqueous extract was August〉July〉September. There was a positive correlation between Portulaca oleracea L. polysaccharide and total flavonoid content and antioxidant activity. Therefore, the changes of antioxidant activities in Portulaca oleracea L. during different harvest time may be attributed to the content of polysaccharide and flavonoid compounds. In August,the highest content of active component in Portulaca oleracea L. and its antioxidant activity was also the strongest.
