摘要
以黄瓜为试材,对黄瓜根部灌施浓缩沼液、沼肥、肥料和清水,探讨浓缩沼液应用于黄瓜生产中,对其产量、品质、抗病性等方面的影响。结果表明:沼液组处理的黄瓜产量高于清水组914.56kg/667m2,增产效果达21.23%,二者差异性显著。沼液组与肥料组处理的黄瓜在产量方面差异不显著;沼液组处理的黄瓜抗病性高于清水组39.25%,沼肥组处理的黄瓜抗病性高于清水组53.90%;沼液组处理的黄瓜中维生素C含量显著提高,其含量为9.92mg/100g,可溶性固形物含量低于清水组16.07%;沼肥组处理的黄瓜中维生素C含量5.70mg/100g,低于清水组24.6%,可溶性固形物含量低于清水组14.29%。因此,浓缩沼液中适量地添加钾肥,可提高黄瓜的品质。
Taking cucumber as test materials, the effect of concentrated biogas slurry on yield, disease resistance and quality of cucumber that was irrigated concentrated biogas slurry,marsh fertilizer,fertilizers and water were studied. The results showed that compared with water,biogas slurry increased yield by 21.23% (914. 56 kg/667m2) ,and the yield difference of the two treatments was significant. The yield difference of biogas slurry and fertilizers was no significant. Compared with water, biogas slurry increased disease resistance by 39. 25 %, marsh fertilizer increased disease resistance by 53. 90 %. Biogas slurry increased significantly the contents of vitamin C (9. 92 mg/100g), but their contents of soluble solid were lower than water by 16. 07%. Marsh fertilizer reduced the contents of vitamin C (5. 70 mg/100g) ,which were lower than water by 24. 6% ,and the same to the contents of soluble solid by 14. 29%. Therefore,adding right amount of potassium fertilizer into concentrated biogas slurry could improve the quality of cucumber.
