摘要
高炉泥炮是高炉生产的重点设备之一,本文介绍了高炉泥炮液压系统的构成及存在的问题。通过液压站静压导轨伸缩防护罩改造和位移传感器的定位优化,保证了高炉泥炮液压系统的正常运行,为高炉的稳定顺行创造了良好的条件。
Blast furnace mud gun was one of the key equipment of blast furnace.The paper introduced the composition of hydraulic system for blast furnace mud gun and the existing problems.Hydrostatic guide way telescopic protective cover positioning transformation and the displacement sensor was optimized through the hydraulic station to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system of blast furnace mud gun and create good conditions for the stable operation of blast furnace.
