高炉冷却壁检漏措施研究

Research of Blast Furnace Cooling Research on Wall Leakage Measures

随着高炉使用时间的增长以及高炉冶炼强度的提高,高炉冷却壁将在不同程度上存在损坏。本文通过采用阀门更换和加装打压球阀等措施,使高炉冷却壁具备了快速检漏的条件,为高炉的稳定顺行创造了良好的条件。

Because of the growth in use of time and the improvement of the blast furnace smelting intensity of blast furnace cooling wall,blast furnace cooling wall existed in different degree damage,the cooling wall leak detection work could not be carried out.In the paper,through the use of valve replacement,adding pressure ball valve and other measures,ensured that the cooling wall of blast furnace with the leak detection conditions,and created good conditions for the stable operation of blast furnace.
