基于动态结果影响的轨道维修工评价方法

摘要 由于轨道维修工的工作特点具有实时性和连续性,目前国内外文献对于人员素质评价指标过于单一,提出了基于多因素动态影响的轨道维修工评价方法,该方法在双激励控制线方法基础上引入各评价指标的权重,并确定正、负方向改进点和改进量,进而对轨道维修工各时刻的评价值进行动态改进,该方法克服了评价过程中指标权值一成不变的缺点,解决了评价过程中定性指标难以精确度量和描述的问题.实验结果表明,该方法对轨道维修工的评价精度达到90%以上,相比于其他方法有效提高了检测精度,实现维修人员的科学管理. Because the railway maintainer's work has the characteristics of real-time and continuity and the personnel evaluation at home and abroad with a single evaluation index, this paper proposes the evaluation method based on multi-factor dynamic effects, the weight of index based on the double inspiriting control line is introduced, and the improved point and value of the positive and negative direction are identified, finally the dynamic improvements of the evaluation values at each time are completed, this method overcomes the shortcomings of invariableness of the evaluation indexes weights, and solving the problem that the qualitative indicators in the evaluation process are difficult to accurately measure and describe. The experimental results show that, the evaluation accuracy of the method for railway maintainer is more than 90%, this method effectively improves the detection accuracy compared to other methods and manages railway maintainer scientifically.
