摘要
从健康烟草根围土壤中分离、筛选得到对烟草青枯病菌拮抗效果较好的放线菌和细菌。经鉴定两株拮抗放线菌均属链霉菌属(Streptomyces),分别是绿色类群橄榄绿链霉菌(S.olivaceoviridis)、粉红孢类群玫瑰暗黄链霉菌(S.roseofulvus);拮抗细菌分别为蜡样芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)、球形赖氨酸芽孢杆菌(Lysinibacillus sphaericu)。在贵州省麻江县烟田进行田间试验,3次平均相对防效从大到小依次为粉红孢类群玫瑰暗黄链霉菌(63.65%)、球形赖氨酸芽孢杆菌(60.03%)、蜡样芽孢杆菌(43.85%)、绿色类群橄榄绿链霉菌(41.76%)、40%硫酸链霉素(17.11%)。
Two 2 strains of antagonistic actinomycetes and 2 strains of antagonistic bacteria including Streptomyces.olivaceoviridis, Streptomyces.roseofulvus, Bacillus cereus and Lysinibacillus sphaericu were isolated from soils of healthy tobacco rhizosphere. The tobacco fields of Majiang, County Guizhou province were selected to test Antagonistic Actinomycetes and Bacteria Against Ralstonia Solancearum. The average relative control efficiency of 4 strains of antagonistic microorganisms was in the order of 63.65%60.03%43.85%41.76%.
