摘要
以板栗(Castanea mollissima)苞壳为主要原料,进行灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)、秀珍菇(Pleurotus geesteranus)和平菇(Pleurotus ostreatus)周年栽培试验。结果表明,3种食用菌的菌丝体长势良好,生物学效率、总产值和毛利率均较高;灵芝—秀珍菇—平菇是食用菌周年化栽培比较理想的品种搭配模式。
Three edible fungi including Ganoderma lucidum, Pleurotus geesteranus and Pleurotus ostreatus were used for annual cultivation with chestnut spiny involucre as raw material. Results showed that the three kinds of edible fungi mycelium grew well with higher in the biological efficiency, output value and profit margins. The model of G. lucidum-P.geesteranus-P.ostreatus is the ideal model for annual cultivation.
