摘要
采用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)对云南昭通地区红富士苹果中Ca、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn、Mg 6种矿质元素进行了分析。结果表明,云南红富士苹果中含有丰富的对人体健康有益的Ca、Fe、Mg。其中,果皮中的矿质元素均高于果肉,特别是果皮中Ca含量是果肉中的11.64倍。6种矿质元素的检出限为0.02-2.40μg/m L,加标回收率为97.48%-102.42%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.51%-2.21%(n=6),测定结果准确、可靠。
Six mineral elements including Ca, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, Mg in Red Fuji apples from Zhaotong of Yunnan province were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS). The results showed that Red Fuji apples contained abundant Ca, Fe, Mg mineral elements beneficial for human health. The concentrations of mineral elements in apple skin were higher than those in apple pulp. The concentration of Ca in skin was 11.64 times than those in pulp. The detection limit of six mineral elements were 0.02 -2.40 μg/m L. The recovery rates were 97.48% -102.42%. The relative standard deviation(RSDs)were 0.51%-2.21%(n=6). The results of determination were accurate and reliable.
