保定市城镇化发展中农村居民点土地集约利用研究

Intensive Utilization of Rural Settlements in the Urbanization of Baoding

运用多因素综合评价法,对保定市25个县(市、区)的农村居民点土地集约利用水平进行测度。结果表明,保定市农村居民点土地集约利用存在区域差异,人均居民点面积偏大,居民点面积呈现逐年递增的趋势。针对保定市农村居民点土地集约利用存在的问题,提出了合理的对策和建议,以期为保定市农村居民点合理利用土地、实现城乡统筹发展和土地资源的可持续利用提供参考。

The multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method was used to measure the intensive use of rural settlements of 25 counties in Baoding. The results show that the levels of the intensive use of different Baoding rural residential areas are different, per capita residential area are too large, and the residential areas are gradually increasing in recent years. For the problems of rural settlements in Baoding, measures and suggestions are given and theoretical loasis is provided for the rapid development of rural areas and sustainable use of urban land resource.
