犬同种异体子宫原位移植模型的探索性研究

An Exploratory Research on Orthotopic Transplantation Model of Allogeneic Hystera of Canine

目的:探索犬子宫移植的可行性及方法,旨在为未来的临床子宫移植工作的开展做好铺垫。方法:选18条健康雌犬进行实验。结果:(1)犬子宫移植过程中完全阻断血运1h以内不会发生子宫不可逆性坏死;(2)3例24h内死亡,5例超过24h死亡。结论:了解了失败原因,基本掌握了犬子宫移植的整体过程,对犬子宫移植的方法及技巧有了初步的认识,熟悉了术中及术后可能出现的各种问题及相应处理方法。

Objective：To explore the feasibility and method for canine uterine transplantation,and pave a way for uterine transplantation in the future.Methods：Make experiment on 18 healthy female dogs.Results：Irreversible necrosis of hystera did not occurred during the 1hour when the blood supply was blocked completely in the process of uterine transplantation;3cases died within 24 hours.5cases died after 24 h.Conclusion：Understand the causes of failure was understood,the overall process of canine uterine transplantation were learnt generally.The methods and skills for canine uterus transplant were learnt more or less.Various problems that may arise during and after the operation and the corresponding processing methods have be mastered.
