优质护理服务对脑梗死患者恢复的效果探讨

An Investigation into the Effect of High-quality Nursing Service on the Recovery of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的:分析探讨优质护理服务对脑梗死者患者的恢复效果。方法:选择在某院治疗的脑梗死患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例患者。观察组患者在常规护理基础上给予优质的护理服务,对照组患者给以常规的护理服务,对两组患者日常生活能力(ADL)、患者满意度及患者精神焦虑抑郁情况进行数据分析。结果:观察组患者的日常生活能力(ADL)、患者满意度及患者精神焦虑抑郁情况均好于对照组患者,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务有效促进脑梗死患者康复,值得应用推广。

Objective：To investigate and analyze the effect of high-quality nursing service on the recovery of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods：Select 80 cases of cerebral infarction patients received in some hospital,randomly divide them into observation group and control group,40 cases for each.The observation group were added with high-quality nursing service based on conventional nursing which the control group were granted with conventional nursing service,make data analysis on the ADL,satisfactory and anxiety-depression situation of the two groups.Results：The ADL,the satisfactory and the anxiety-depression situation of the observation group were all better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：High-quality nursing service is conducive to the recovery of cerebral infarction patients and it is worthy of application and promotion.
