New Incremental Launching Technology of PC Girder Bridge with Occasional Cable Stayed Tower

摘要 为解决传统PC梁桥顶推施工工期长、速度慢和跨径小等问题,以64m主跨的某PC连续梁桥为例,通过在设计中引入Φ21.8大直径预应力束、施工中设置临时斜拉塔,提出了PC梁桥分块预制组拼顶推和临时斜拉塔相结合的施工方案,实现了PC梁桥顶推施工速度和单跨跨径的双重突破,其研究成果可供同类桥梁的设计和施工参考。 In order to solve the problems of traditional PC girder incremental launching such as long construction period, slow speed, restricted span, etc. , a main span of 64 m PC continuous girder bridge was taken as an example, and the construction scheme combining segmental precast erection method with occasional cable stayed tower was put forward by introducing a diameter of 21.8 prestressed reinforcement in the design and occasional cable stayed tower in the construction, which breaks through incremental launching construction speed and the span of PC girder bridge. The results are expected to be useful for the design and construction of similar projects.
