摘要 miR-122是肝脏特异高表达的一种miRNA,其通过相关基因的表达调控而参与肝脏的发育分化,且与丙型肝炎病毒感染、慢性肝炎及肝癌的发生发展密切相关。甲胎蛋白(α-fetoprotein,AFP)是肝癌细胞特异的血浆蛋白,70%以上的肝癌病人在发病期间都有甲胎蛋白基因的高表达,在临床上已被用作肝癌诊断的生物标志物。本文就miR-122与甲胎蛋白表达与肝癌相关基因之间的关系展开综述。 miR-122 is a liver specific miRNA. It is involved in the developmental differentiation of liver by the regulation of related gene expression, and closely related to the development of hepatistic C virus infection, chronic hepatistic and liver cancer. The α-fetoprotein (AFP) is a specific plasma protein in hepatocellular carcinoma cells. And it has been suggested that α-fetoprotein(AFP) is elevated in 70% of the patients of liver cancer, which is a biomarker widely used in clinic. However, the role of the miR-122 in AFP regulation is not clear. In the paper, we have reviewed the relationship between miR-122 and AFP.
