摘要
电机控制器本身主要由多个电子元器件构成。在一个封闭空间里,长时间的航行导致各个电子元器件散发的热量堆积,空间温度升高,影响各电子设备的工作有效性,有可能导致电机失效。对某型号电动力水下航行器的电机控制器进行热分析,以验证其工作的有效性,通过模拟不同航速下航行器的运行情况并进行热分析,确保了电机控制器工作的可靠性。
Motor controller is mainly composed of various electronic components.The space temperature caused by the heat accumulation which is dissipated by electronic components in a closed space for long time navigation can affect the effectiveness of electronic components.It is possible to negate the effects of the motor.In this paper,the thermal analysis for the motor controller of a certain type electric power underwater vehicle is done to verify its effectiveness.Under different speed simulated the operation of aircraft in the thermal analysis to ensure the reliability of the motor controller.
