摘要 目的:研制一种解决高频电外科手术电极安全隐患的安全系统,用于大中型医院对手术电极术中及术后的保护。方法:采用射频识别技术原理,在手术电极插头中嵌入射频IC卡,在高频电外科机箱内的前面板上安装安全系统主机,通过射频信号对嵌入的IC卡中的基本信息进行识别验证,经主机分析判断后,控制手术电极的电压输出,并将信息更新存储在射频标签存储器中。结果:该安全系统主机能够在临床手术中正确采集手术电极信息,并记录其运行情况。结论:该安全系统能够确保手术电极的安全使用,解决临床手术中的监测及术后维护检查等问题,保障医患人员的人身安全。 Objective To develop a high-frequency surgical electrode safety system for medium-sized and large-scale hospitals. Methods RF IC card was embedded into the plug of the surgical electrode, and the host machine of the safety system was installed on the front panel in the cabinet of the high-frequency surgical system. The essential information in the IC card were recognized and verified by RF signals, and then analyzed and judged by the host machine to control the output voltage of the surgical electrode. The information was stored in the memory of RFID tag. Results The host machine could acquire the information on the surgical electrode and its running during operation. Conclusion The safety system can solve the problems in intraoperative monitoring and postoperative maintenance.
