医院船伤员检伤分类信息系统研制

Development of medical triage information system for hospital ship

目的:实现医院船伤员检伤分类信息共享管理,提高海上伤员医疗后送的总体效能。方法:运用战伤救治、软件工程、综合集成等理论与技术,研究、建立医院船检伤分类信息化工作模式。采用关系型数据库和JAVA中文版开发系统主体,运用嵌入式技术开发便携式系统数据处理软件,软件接口参照HL7。结果:该系统可实现伤员接收、检伤分类、分类后送和收容救治等信息综合集成,已在多项活动及医疗信息系统中获得集成应用。结论:使用医院船伤员检伤分类信息系统,可充分利用卫生资源配置,综合提升伤员整体的救治能力。

Objective To realize information sharing for wounded medical triage in hospital ship so as to enhance the efficacy of casualty evacuation at sea. Methods The theories and techniques of injury treatment, software engineering,comprehensive integration and etc were used to study and establish informatized mode of medical triage, and then the information system of medical triage of hospital ship medical system was developed and applied. Results The information system could be used for the information integration of casualty receive, triage, evacuation etc. Conclusion The wounded medical triage information system can make full use of medical resource allocation, and thus can enhance the ability for casualty medical treatment.
