无线移动临床教学查房系统的设计与应用

Design and application of mobile clinical teaching and ward-round system based on wireless network

目的:研究并实现一个基于无线网络的移动临床教学查房系统,实现医嘱、护理、检查、检验等信息的全程跟踪与交互,并通过教学的双向评估,提高教学管理水平和效率。方法:利用无线网络及手持终端设备,通过与医院HIS的无缝对接,将教学网络向医院信息网络拓展。结果:该系统的使用使教师与学生在任何时候、任何地点都能访问所需的临床教学信息,解决了课堂教学和临床教学中实际操作性差、师生沟通评价不及时等问题,促进了学生自主学习的主动性和积极性。结论:基于无线网络的临床教学方式改变了传统的教学模式,使临床教学在信息化方向上有了进一步的发展,实现了教学效果和实践水平的双提升。

Objective To develop a mobile clinical teaching and ward-round system based on wireless network in order to realize whole-course tracking and interaction of the information on prescription, nursing, examination, clinical laboratory and etc, and to enhance teaching management by bi-directional evaluation. Methods Wireless network and handhold terminal were connected with HIS seamlessly to extend teaching network to HIS. Results The system gifted the teacher and student with access to clinical teaching information at any time and any place, solved the problems in practice and teacher-student communication, and promoted the student＇s activity in learning. Conclusion Clinical teaching based on wireless network eliminates the problems of the traditional mode, and promotes the informatization of clinical teaching.
