基于“军卫一号”的高值耗材管理系统设计

Design of precious consumable management system based on No.1 Military Medical Project

目的:设计基于"军卫一号"的高值耗材管理系统,实现医用高值耗材使用流程的信息化。方法:以"军卫一号"数据库为平台,使用Power Builder 9.0作为前台开发工具,设计高值耗材管理系统。利用条形码技术实现耗材出库的自动识别录入。通过耗材出库和患者计价环节的绑定,实现患者收费和耗材出库同步。结果:该系统的实现有效规范了高值耗材的收费和使用,实现了对高值耗材的回溯查询。结论:该系统有利于医院提高高值耗材信息化管理水平,对其他医院的高值耗材应用管理具有一定的借鉴意义。

Objective To design a precious consumable management system based on No.1 Military Medical Project.Methods Database of No.1 Military Medical Project and Power Builder 9.0 were used to develop the system. Barcode technology was applied to auto recognition and recording of the warehouse-out consumable. Charging simultaneous with warehouse out was implemented by bounding the two links. Results The system standardized the charging and utilization of precious consumable, and realized its history data inquiry. Conclusion The system promotes the informatized management of hospital precious consumable, and provides references for other hospitals in this field.
