臂丛神经磁共振成像3种不同序列对照性研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的 :探讨3种不同序列磁共振成像方法对臂丛神经成像质量的影响。方法:30例健康成人分为3组,各10例,分别采用T2短反转时间反转恢复(T2short inversion time inversion recovery,T2STIR)、背景抑制全身扩散加权成像(difffusion weighted whole body imaging with background body signal suppresson,DWIBS)、扩散张量神经纤维束示踪成像(diffusion tensor tractography,DTT)3种方法对其双侧臂丛神经成像,并对成像质量、神经显示长度等进行统计分析,综合评价3种方法的成像能力。结果:本组30例研究对象,通过3种成像方法,均能得到有效图像,其中1例因患者躁动不安需药物镇静后重复扫描。3种成像方法的良好率分别达80%、90%、90%,卡方检验组间比较无统计学差异,P>0.05。DTT组显示神经束最长,达(36.99±5.5)mm,其次为T2STIR及DWIBS组,分别为(31.01±6.5)mm及(28.18±4.1)mm。组间t检验分析有统计学差异,P<0.05。结论:T2STIR、DWIBS及DTT均能提供较好的图像质量,DTT成像追踪神经束更完整、图像分辨率更高,对远端神经束显示更有优势。 Objective To explore the effects of three MRI sequences on the imaging of brachial plexus. Methods Totally30 healthy adults were divided equally into three groups, which involved three imaging methods for brachial plexus,including the methods of T2 short inversion time inversion recovery(T2STIR), diffusion weighted whole body imaging with background body signal suppression(DWIBS) and diffusion tensor tractography(DTT). The three methods were evaluated statistically for the imaging quality and etc. Results All the 30 persons acquired MR images by the three methods,besides one undergoing re-imaging after sedation. The three methods had the rates for excellent images being 80%, 90%and 90% respectively. Chi-square test proved that there was no significant difference between the methods, with P〉0.05.The nerve length displayed by DTT, T2 STIR and DWIBS were(36.99±5.5),(31.01±6.5) and(28.18±4.1) mm respectively,and t test showed that there were obvious differences between the lengths by the three methods, with P〈0.05. Conclusion DTT, T2 STIR and DWIBS all result in high-quality images, while DTT behaves best in nerve length, image resolution and displaying distal nerve tract.
