基于神经网络的汽轮机叶片夹具参数化设计

摘要 夹具设计是机械加工中的一个重要环节,好的夹具是零件加工质量的保证。本文运用UG二次开发及数据库的ADO访问技术,编写一个基于神经网络的夹具搜索复用程序,实现夹具的快速设计。最后,以某汽轮机叶片夹具为例介绍了参数化设计中的关键技术。该三维参数化设计方法不仅可以应用于汽轮机叶片夹具,也可以应用于其它一些典型非标准结构件的参数化设计,可大大提高产品的设计效率。 Fixture design is a critical step in machining,and fixture is a guarantee of quality in parts processing. A program based on neural network for searching fixture is written to achieve rapid design of fixture,applying further development of UG and database ADO access technology. Finally,the fixture for a turbine blade is taken as an example to introduce the key technologies in parametric design. The 3D parametric design method can be applied not only to the turbine blade fixture,but also to parametric design of some other typical nonstandard structure,greatly improving the efficiency of product design.
