摘要
在高速铣削高速列车车体铝合金型材的过程中,加工工艺参数对刀具的切削性能以及使用寿命有着非常重要的影响。本文采用析因设计方法,分析主轴转速和进给量对铣削力的影响趋势。试验结果的极差分析表明,主轴转速对切削力的影响比进给量大;随着转速的增加,Fy和Fz均显著降低,转速越高降低的幅度越大;三个方向的切削力随着每齿进给量的增大而增大。因此,主轴转速10000r/min、进给量0.1-0.12mm/z为优选的加工参数。
The processing parameters influence greatly on the cutting performance and tool life of the cutting tool while high-speed milling the aluminum alloy profile of high-speed train. By using the factorial design method,the influence of processing parameters,such as spindle speed and feed per tooth,on the milling forces is analyzed. The result of range analysis shows that the spindle speed plays a greater impact on the cutting force than feedrate. With the increase of spindle speed,Fyand Fzdecrease significantly,while the milling force increase when the feedrate increase. As a result,the spindle speed of 10000 r / min and the feedrate of 0. 1-0. 12 mm / z are the optimum processing parameters.
