摘要
Ti5-5-5-3、Ti6-4是我公司首次进行加工的材料,与以往加工过的TC-18、TC-4等钛合金材料相比更难加工,加工工艺性及刀具耐用度更差。因此,加工刀具的选择显得尤为重要。通过刀具参数选择试验,确定加工钛合金刀具切削参数,为今后加工同类材料钛合金提供技术参考,填补我公司在新型钛合金工艺切削参数上的空白。
The material Ti5-5-5-3 and Ti6-4 is the Titanium alloy that our company processed for the first time. It's more difficult to machine than other kinds of Titanium alloy such as the TC-18 and and TC-4. The technological requirement and tool life are worse than TC-18 and TC-4,so the selection of machining tool is really important. By testing machining parameter selection of the cutting tool,the cutting parameters of the tooling used for Titanium are determined to provide technical reference for the machining of the same kind of Titanium alloy in the future and make up for blanks of the process cutting parameter of the new type of Titanium alloy for our company.
