基于轮廓仪的螺旋铰刀前角测量方法

摘要 针对螺旋铰刀的前角测量难问题,给出螺旋铰刀的周刃前角定义,提出一种新的前角测量方法;此方法通过轮廓仪测得螺旋铰刀的前刀面形状曲线,应用Auto CAD软件对曲线进行处理,得到铰刀横截面的圆心,将前刀面曲线相对于横截面圆心的位置确定下来,选取不同的测量深度,测得铰刀的前角系列值。 Aimed at the rake angle of the spiral reamer which is difficult to measure in the tool industry,a definition of the peripheral blade rake angle has been given and a new method to measure the rake angle of the spiral reamer has been proposed in this article. Firstly,the profile curve of the rake face will be measured by using the surface profiler. Secondly,the Auto CAD software will be used to process the profile curve. Thirdly,the center of the cross section will be obtained by drawing so that we can confirm the relative location between the profile curve and the cross section. Finally,the rake angle of the spiral reamer can be measured within different measuring depth.
