基于层次分析法滚珠丝杠副评价系统的研究

摘要 为了高效、准确地从众多生产滚珠丝杠副的厂家中选配出最优的滚珠丝杠副,基于层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process)建立滚珠丝杠副评价体系模型。通过建立层次结构模型和判断矩阵,对影响滚珠丝杠副的因素进行评价和排序,求出各因素的权重,进而做出合理的选择决策。以Visual Basic6.0编程语言和Access数据库为工具,建立良好的人机交互式界面,实现自动化、智能化操作。通过实践表明:层次分析法在滚珠丝杠副选择中是一种实用、有效的方法。该评价系统模型可靠性较高,并对其他产品的评价分析提供了重要的参考。 An evaluation system model of ball screws based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is built. The opti- mum ball screws could be selected efficiently and accurately from the manufacturers by using this system. By establishing the hierarchy model and judgment matrix, the influential factors of the ball screws evaluation and sorting are got, and reasonable choices could be made. A good man-machine interactive interface is established by using Visual Basic6.0 program- ruing language and Access database, achieving automation and intellectualization. At last, a practical ease study is given to show that AHP is a useful and effective method in stock selection and It proves the reliability of the evaluation model of sys- tem is high, which could provide an important reference to the evaluations of other products.
