摘要
《尔雅·释草》与"虇蕍"相关的若干条,郭璞注失读:或失条理,或分连语,或误连属。郭璞以下,专治《尔雅》者,清人邵晋涵《尔雅正义》、郝懿行《尔雅义疏》皆于"虇蕍"有疑义,但是大体一仍郭读。今人则有周祖谟《尔雅校笺》,于"虇蕍"不议;徐朝华《尔雅今注》,胡奇光、方环海《尔雅译注》,于"虇蕍"皆纠正郭读之分,而细节各有歧见。非专治《尔雅》者,段玉裁、王念孙、王国维、马叙伦、黄侃等亦尝论涉,然而终究未能明确是非。《尔雅》旧厕于经部,今日仍有其语言、文化等研究的重要价值,故辨析诸说,证诸故书,明其条理,正其句读。
There w ere several misunderstandings of the certain entry related to "quanyu"in Erya by Guo Pu illustrated in Shicao of Erya,as he lost coherence,separated solid phrases and classified collocations mistakenly. Afterw ards,the ones w ho dedicated to the study of Erya,such as Shao Jinhan,the author of Erya Zhengyi and Hao Yixing,w ho w rote Erya Yishu in Qing Dynasty,maintained the original in spite of suspecting improper paraphrase of it. There are tw o kinds of view points about the entry"quanyu". One was to make no comment on it like Zhou Zumo,the author of Erya Jiaojian. The other was to correct what Guo Pu proposed w ith different details,like Xu Zhaohua's Erya Jinzhu,Hu Qiguang and Fang Huanhai's Erya Yizhu. M oreover,scholars w ho did not specialize in Erya,like Duan Yucai,Wang Niansun,Wang Guow ei,M a Xulun,also attempted to explicate it,but in vain. Erya,originally belonged to the Classics of Confucianism,had been misunderstood for almost 1700 years. Thus,the improper interpretation should be eliminated and it is of great significance to the study in terms of language and culture. This paper aims to discriminate related view s and authenticate ancient books so as to explicate the imperative and adjust the sentences and phrases.
