试论《内经》中的心身医学

Discussion on Psychosomatic Medicine in Neijing

"心身医学"并非现代医学的首创,早在《内经》时代就有相关的论述。《内经》中的"心身医学"内容散在不同的篇章之中,其所论述的"心身疾病"及其诊治与预防,为现代医学相关疾病提供了研究思路。文章从《内经》中选取有代表性的"心身疾病",同时结合《内经》对"心身疾病"的诊治以及"形与神俱"的养生理念,体现了《内经》时代所重视心理与躯体两者紧密相关的医学问题至今仍具有现实意义。

Psychosomatic medicine isn＇t originated by modern medicine,which had been discussed in the period of Neijing.The interrelated contents of psychosomatic medicine including psychosomatic diseases,diagnosis,treatment and prevention have existed in different chapters of Neijing,which have offered researching strategy for the interrelated diseases of modern medicine.This article has selected some representative psychosomatic diseases in Neijing,and at the same time has discussed their diagnosis,treatments and the thought of preserving one＇ s health in Neijing.The problem of medicine concerning mentality and body in Neijing still has practical significance.
