阐述糖尿病与肾病转归的中医辨证治验

TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Diabetes and Kidney Disease Outcomes

目的:研究并探讨使用中医辨证治疗老年糖尿病肾病患者的临床效果。方法:研究选取本院在2010年3月—2013年9月收治的80例老年糖尿病肾病患者,所有患者都自愿接受调查和服从所有准则,将患者作为研究对象并随机分为观察组和对照组。在观察组中,对患者进行中医辨证治疗,在对照组中,对患者进程常规性治疗,观察两组患者在采用不同治疗措施后的胰岛素分泌,胰岛素受体数量以及胰岛素的敏感性等情况,并将所得到的资料进行对比分析研究。结果:两组患者在胰岛素分泌,胰岛素受体数量以及胰岛素的敏感性等方面具有显著差异,二者之间有着本质上差异。结论:通过中医辨证治疗糖尿病肾病患者,不仅有利于患者的康复,而且还能够解决患者的经济负担,因此是一种两全其美的方法,在临床上是值得推广和使用的。

Objective：To study and explore the use of TCM treatment of elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods：In our hospital from March 2010 to September 2013,80 cases of elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy who received the investigation and complied with all criteria for the study were randomly divided into observation group and control group.In the observation group,TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation was used.In the control group,patients were treated with conventional treatment.We observed the insulin secretion after different treatments,the number of insulin receptors and insulin sensitivity.Comparative analysis of the data was obtained.Results：The two groups＇ insulin secretion,insulin receptor number and insulin sensitivity had a significant difference with essential difference between the two.Conclusion：TCM treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy is not only conducive to the rehabilitation of patients,but also resolves the economic burden on patients.It is a best of both worlds method,clinically worthwhile promotion and use.
